Deedmob is looking for a full-time (4 days p/w) Growth Intern in a team of nine. As a Growth Intern you quickly develop new and useful skills where you can get the best out of yourself.
Growth Intern at THE Amsterdam-based social enterprise startup
Deedmob, THE social enterprise startup from Amsterdam, is looking for a new Growth Intern to join our team full-time for 4-6 months. With a lot of responsibility and freedom in our Growth team, you’ll be setting up creative campaigns and inspiring events, and do profound research. The goal? Helping partners make bigger impact. That’s good for you, our partners, and the world!
What we need help with
The Growth team (2 FTE) is looking for new ways to help Deedmob grow every day. We do this by sharing our knowledge and inspiration scalably and effectively through campaigns, content, events and more:
- Newsletters, webinars and case studies
- Optimisation of HubSpot, our marketing automation system
- Content and landing pages for our website
- New campaigns based on trend and target group research
In short, you inspire the world through a wide range of growth initiatives. A unique opportunity to learn how commercial and sustainable growth are combined in a start-up of a team of social entrepreneurs.
Who we are looking for (you are unique!)
Everyone is unique and we hope you will share that with us. Think of a fresh perspective, new groundbreaking ideas or a surprising translation of ideas into actions. What helps is A) a passion for doing good, B) a commercial mindset and C) the desire to get down to business. But you are here to learn, so we would like to hear in what area we can best support you.
What you can expect
- 4 days a week, both from home and co-working spaces in Amsterdam
- Good balance between priorities for Deedmob and your education
- Part of team Growth & Sales, consisting of 4 do-gooders
- Compensation: €500, but more importantly: a unique learning experience
- Start from summer or new school year
Who we are and what we aspire
We inspire impactful organisations and people to contribute to a better world by putting knowledge, data and technology about volunteering at the centre.
We have set up our own platform for this (www.volunteer.deedmob.com) and we offer the underlying software for customers who want to set up their own platform (www.deedmob.com). Think of charities, municipalities and corporates to encourage their employees to do good.
Since Deedmob was founded in 2017, more than 1.5 million people have used our software, thousands of charities are active on a monthly basis, and 50+ partner organisations at home and abroad use Deedmob tools (e.g. municipalities The Hague, Utrecht and companies like TomTom, Red Bull etc). And this is just the beginning!
